QUIZ:
What Hidden Loop Might Be Running Your Life?
We all develop core beliefs early in life.
These beliefs quietly shape our behaviour, relationships, and sense of worth.
This short reflection helps you identify which one may be influencing you most right now underneath the Core Loop of “I’m Not Enough”.
“I didn’t come to this work through theory. I came through lived experience.”
MY STORY
I grew up in instability, shaped by intergenerational trauma, emotional distance, and having to take on more than a child should ever hold. By my teenage years, I was living alone, managing crises, and caring for the adults around me. Somewhere along the way, I formed the beliefs many of us carry quietly beneath the surface. Love must be earned. Safety comes from caretaking. Worth depends on how much you can hold together.
But alongside that, something else was always present. A deeper awareness. A curiosity about why we think, feel, and behave the way we do.
That curiosity became the turning point.
It led me into a lifelong exploration of human behaviour, both personally and professionally. From special education teaching to behaviour consultancy, I began to see how early experiences shape the patterns we repeat, and how those patterns continue to run long after they’re needed.
For years, I lived inside those loops myself. Over-functioning. Over-giving. Recreating familiar dynamics. Until I began to question them, study them, and ultimately shift them.
That’s the work I do now.
I help people see the unconscious patterns shaping their lives, not as something broken, but as something ready to be understood. Because when you can truly see a pattern, it begins to loosen. And from there, something new becomes possible.
This work is about returning to yourself. Before the beliefs. Before the strategies. Before the story that told you who you had to be.
